2Configuration
aTo make the belling process operate automatically. The whole operating process of belling is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC programmable control which is made in Japan. Generally, the device of Siemens and Omron temperature meter is utilized to make the whole belling process operate automatically. Otherwise, the proximity switch of Autonics is used.
bUsing the two-position infrared heating to heat. Moreover, hot air circulation device is installed in the heating box to enable the pipe be heated quickly and evenly.
cThe hydraulic equipment is used through the fastening motion and expansion process. The hydraulic pump is variable vane pump. (Place of production: XianJu of ZheJiang.)
dThe cooling of pipe is actualized by vacuumize and wind cooling.
eBelling process: traction→heat for the first time→heat for the second time→belling→discharge tube
