SRL-W horizontal mixer unit is the mixing machine mainly used for batching, mixing, coloring and drying.

1. Its used in compounding ,mixing ,colouring,drying and other industrial art, Its the ideal equipment for producing profiles& pipes.

2. The cold mixer adopts horizontal structure with the characteristics of large cooling area, high speed, even more homogenized.

3. The mixer lid adopts double sealed and opens in the pneumatic way.

4. The electric control system adopts RKC, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron and other famous instrument and control components to automatic control.

5. Equiped with pulse dust catching device .(according to clients requirement ).

6. Both the blades and the belt wheel have been specially treated through the balancing machine of static and dunamic .

7. According to the clients requirement, simple loading system can also be equipped.
